OIUREP_ROY_AGY - Edit Reporting Agencies

Using this transaction Agency specific attributes can be maintained. These attributes will control the Reporting process for that agency.

Volume Extract - When marked 'X', Volume Extraction will be carried otherwise the step will not be scheduled to complete, will simply come out.

Amended Concept - When marked 'X', an old sales month's data which is reported now for the first time will be reported under a Current report otherwise (when left blank) the data will be reported under an Amended report.

Process Ind - The selected option will determine whether Single or Multiple tax types are reported through this agency. For eg. agency NMX reports 4 tax types (AV, SV, ES, CN) in the same report. Otherwise mostly the listed agencies are reporting one tax type.

Rule - Reporting rule used to determine Affiliated/non-Affiliated or Producer/Purchaser reporting.

Use WLR Volume columns - First column corresponds to "BLPS as Gross", if you want to use BLPS volume as the Gross volume for that agency, mark it check. Second column corresponds to "WLR as Gross", if you want to use WLR volume as the Gross volume for that agency, mark it check.

Other columns are self-explanatory.
