PAY_AT_ELDA_060 - Define Grouping for Conflict Resolution Strategies

In this Customizing activity, you can define multiple groupings for various conflict resolution strategies. Only one grouping is provided in the standard system.

You define the various resolution strategies (insert, adjust, convert) in the following Customizing activities. In these activities, you specify the corresponding grouping for each resolution strategy.

In a specific department in your company, an illness notification is required from the first day of absence; in a different department, on the other hand, an illness notification is not required until the third day of absence. You use different absence types in both departments. If conflicts exist between the Illness Notifications from ELDA A (3248) and Absences (2001) infotypes, the system should take into account the specific absence types in each department when resolving the conflicts.
