In this Customizing activity, you check the evaluation methods for data records of infotype Release from Work AT (3347). The evaluation method controls the following areas:

• Processing of release from work in payroll

• Leave type for the ELDA notification in infotype SI Notification Supplements Other A (0467)

• Dynamic screen layout in infotype Release from Work AT (3347)

• Calculation of BV contributions in payroll function P3347

1. Check the evaluation methods.
2. Check the groupings in feature AFRST.

You can use these groupings to make various evaluation methods available for particular groups of employees in the next step.

1. Check the assignment of control information to the evaluation methods:

• Assignment of groupings to evaluation methods

• Validity of evaluation methods

• Measurement of BV contributions if required (usually for part-time)

• Leave type for ELDA notifications if required (usually for leave)
