Company Pension Fund

As of January 1, 2003, every employer must deduct contributions to the company pension fund for every employee as of the second month of service.

In the following Customizing activities, you make all necessary settings to map the prerequisites for calculating the contribution and transferring the contributions for the individual employees to the responsible company pension fund in your SAP system.

This includes the following settings in particular:

  • Customizing settings for master data maintenance
  • Customizing settings for payroll
  • Customizing settings for accounting
  • System settings for forms in Human Resources
