PAY_AT_GKK_062 - Assign Company Pension Code to Company Pension Fund (Obsolete)

In this activity, you make the assignment between the guide number of the company pension fund and the company pension fund.

Through this assignment, the guide number of the associated company pension fund is output in the infotype Company Pension Fund A (0751) in the field VBVK Guide Number for ELDA. This guide number is also transferred via ELDA when creating ELDA notifications from the infotype "SI Notification Supplements A" (0367).

Depending on the selection of a certain company pension fund in the field BVK Key (Internal), the system determines the guide number stored in this activity. Therefore, the field BVK Guide Number is not ready for input in the infotype.

The standard SAP system includes the sample entries A-BMV-01 and A-BMV-02 in client 000.

1. Access the activity.
2. Choose New Entries.
3. Enter the required company pension funds and a valid-from date, and enter the official company pension fund guide number in the field provided for this.
4. Save your entries.
