In this activity, you define the permissibility of wage types in subtype 3 (Complete Conversion from Severance Pay Old) of the Company Pension Plan AT (0751) infotype in order to enter notional severance pay entitlements for complete conversion.

On the basis of this assignment, the relevant wage types in subtype 3 are available for selection using the input help for the Statutory Portion, Voluntary Portion, and Other Payment fields.

In the standard SAP system, we provide in client 000 the model wage types M733 and M736 for subtype 3 (Complete Conversion from Severance Pay Old).

  1. Call the activity and compare the standard SAP settings in client 000 with the settings for your customer wage types in your client.
  2. Choose New Entries and enter the wage types you require, as well as the start and end date of the validity period.
  3. For subtype 1, enter ABFO (Notional Assessment Basis) in the Cumulation Wage Type field.
  4. For subtype 3, enter ABF1 (Statutory Portion of Notional Severance Pay) and ABF2 (Voluntary Portion of Notional Severance Pay) in the Cumulation Wage Type field.
  5. Save your entries.
