PAY_AT_GKK_702 - Modify BV Wage Types

In this activity, you set up the company pension fund wage types in order to enter notional severance pay entitlements for complete conversion in the Complete Conversion from Severance Pay Old subtype of the Company Pension Plan AT (0751).

Set up the customer wage types (wage type M733, M736 or wage type group M73X). Note the model wage types M733 and M736 and copy these to the customer namespace.

In the standard SAP system, we provide the model wage types M733 and M736 and the wage type group M73X in client 000.

1. Perform the activities in the order specified.
2. Copy the model wage types M733 and M736 from the SAP namespace to the customer namespace.
3. If necessary, code the wage types in the cumulations so that corresponding statutory payments can be calculated for the relevant payments.

On the basis of the coding in processing class 67, value 3, and the first derived wage type, the wage type amounts are included in the total amount for all company pension fund payments in wage type /679. If you want to collect these amounts separately, you have to change the first derived wage type for the wage types.

You must make the appropriate Customizing settings for accounting for this new wage type.
