PAY_AT_NO4JW - Prevent Annual Sixth Control Calculation for Certain Absence Types

You use this Customizing activity to define for which absence types the system is not to perform a control calculation for the annual sixth.
Up until 2020, a control calculation of the annual sixth was only unnecessary if employees were on parental leave. As of January 1, 2021, there are additional absence types for which no control calculation is to be performed for the annual sixth.
Most cases are illustrated in the standard system. However, you need to specify the absence types relevant for you for the following cases:
- Payment of sick pay from statutory health insurance
- Parental leave
A control calculation is performed only if wage type /4JW was generated. For the absence types maintained here with checkbox NO4JW selected, the generation of /4JW is suppressed.
- For example, for the "Payment of Sick Pay from Statutory Health Insurance", enter the absence type00as of January 1, 2021, and select the checkbox NO4JW.
- For example, for "Parental Leave", enter the absence type MUas of January 1, 2020, and select the checkbox NO4JW.
