PAY_AT_SVP_00 - Flat-Rate Side Charge Bonus: Overview

In the following Customizing activities, you make the required Customizing settings for calculating flat-rate side charge bonuses.
Flat-rate side charge bonuses are additional payments and bonuses that are not directly related to an employee’s performance or employment fraction.
The Customizing activities include the following settings:
- For the combination of the absence type included in the calculation and the FRSCB-relevant wage type, you define an indicator that determines whether the occurrence of the absence type triggers discontinuation or factoring of the flat-rate side charge bonuses.
- You define which organizational units participate in calculation module FRSCB.
- You define the duration of the notice period (permitted FRSCB-relevant absence duration) and whether days off also count for the notice period.
Procedure for using the new function:
- Create the FRSCB-relevant wage types in your system client with processing class 69 and assign it the value “1”. To do this, execute the activity in Customizing under Payroll Austria -> Environment of Wage Type Maintenance -> Set Up Wage Types -> Set Up Additional Wage Types.
- Perform the following Customizing steps:
- Enter the required wage types in infotypes 0008 and 0014.
