In this Customizing activity, you check the assignment between SI body and insurance agency.

Generally, the SI body should correspond to the insurance agency. This enables an ELDA data transfer to be carried out, via the SI body, of the correct entry for the correct insurance agency.

Since the differentiation by insurance agency – and thereby by region – is necessary only for insured person notifications and pensioner notifications, a special setting needs to be made for these notifications only. All other notifications are sent directly to the BVA's head office.

Since the insurance agencies listed are not relevant for the SI calculation, the assignment is not carried out in the Social Insurance A (0044) infotype. The assignment to the individual insurance agencies for pensioner notifications for civil servants, on the other hand, is determined by region

The standard SAP system provides the entries below as sample entries for the public sector. These are insurance bodies as insurance agencies that are relevant only for insured person notifications and pensioner notifications.

Note

If BVA is maintained as SI body 01 for the public sector, the system assigns the relevant insurance agencies (SI bodies) for the ELDA notifications using the assignment table provided. Otherwise, SI bodies 71 - 79 have no significance.

  2. Copy the SAP sample entries in client 000 to your SAP system and adjust the entries to meet your requirements.
  3. Save your entries.
