PAY_BE_CERT25_04 - Assign Wage Types for Belgium Tax Declaration

In this Customizing activity, you assign the wage types for the tax declaration for Certificate 281.25.

1. Choose the New Entries pushbutton.
2. For each wage type, specify the following:

• Sequence Number: number used to add as many lines as required for a single wage type, for the different zones to which the wage type contributes. The recommendation is to use an increasing number. For example, enter "1" for the first time and, if you want to use the same wage type for the second or third time, enter a "2" or a "3", and so on.

• Start and end date

• In the Arithmetic Symbol field, specify whether it is an addition (+) or a subtraction (-).

• In the Value from Wage Type field, select the value associated with the wage type that should be used.

• In the BELCOTAX Fiche field, select the BELCOTAX voucher number for the BOW annual declaration.

• In the BELCOTAX Zone field, do not enter any value. The BELCOTAX zone number is dynamically assigned when you select the qualification code in the 281.25 Qualification field.

• FINPROF Fiche field: not relevant for Certifcate 281.25.

• FINPROF Zone field: not relevant for Certifcate 281.25.

• If the amount is negative, select the Negative flag.

• In the 281.25 Qualification field, select the BELCOTAX qualification code. This code is used to classify the type of amount for the corresponding zone (for example, if the wage types that contribute to zone 2060 are income-related, you use the qualification "01"). This field is mandatory and when you select a value, it dynamically finds and assigns the corresponding BELCOTAX zone.

• The Qualtification Text field displays the description for the selected qualification.
