In this Customizing activity, you maintain the Dismissal Period and Social Liabilities (BDI0) schema.

This schema contains the calculation rules used to calculate the following:

• Dismissal period for an employment after January 2014.

• Social liability of the employer towards the employee if the employee has been terminated.
