The holiday pay solution includes the following:

  • Calculation of single holiday pay for white-collar workers
  • Calculation of double holiday and additional double holiday pay for white-collar workers
  • Calculation of single holiday pay on variable pay for white-collar workers
  • Calculation of double holiday pay on variable pay for white-collar workers
  • Calculation of balance and early single holiday pay for white-collar workers leaving the company
  • Calculation of balance and early double and additional double holiday pay for white-collar workers leaving the company
  • Calculation of balance and early single holiday pay for employees whose working time has been reduced during the year (December calculation)
  • Calculation of balance and early double and additional double holiday pay for employees whose working time has been reduced during the year (December calculation)
  • Calculation of additional holiday pay in the frame work of the additional holiday system (employees without activity in the year before the holiday year)
  • Regularization of holiday certificates
  • Regularization of the early holiday pay paid out in the previous year to employees whose working time was reduced during the previous year
  • Generation of holiday certificates

The calculations mentioned above are triggered either by means of a trigger wage type or by the existence of an Holiday Certificate (IT0505) infotype record (see payroll function P0505). Trigger wage types have specific values in processing class 80.

The following main objects are involved in the processing of the different calculations:

  • Payroll cluster table BHOLP (structure PC2D8): occupation details
  • Payroll function BHOLP, which does the following:
  • It fills table BHOLP

  • It exports occupation details

  • Payroll subschema BHLP
  • Feature BHOLP
  • Payroll operation BHOPP returns calculation results to table BHOLP
  • PE51 forms VAC3 and VAC4
