In this Customizing activity, you can assign tasks to a specific processor or a specific administrator group for each area and subarea. The assignment can be specified further using the program, the message class, and the message number.

Note that this table is evaluated in Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAY00_NT_ASSIGN and that customer-specific adjustments can be made for the use of the table. In the default implementation delivered by SAP, the system first tries to determine a processor and an administrator group using the personnel number and the Organizational Assignment (infotype 0001). If it was not possible to make an assignment in this step, this table is evaluated. You can find an exact description of the default implementation delivered by SAP in the BAdI documentation under BAdI: Assignment of User and Administrator Group.

You only have to make entries in this table if you want to make an assignment using this table in connection with the default implementation or a customer-specific BAdI implementation.

The table is evaluated from specific to generic in descending order. This means that the system first searches for an entry in the table that matches exactly. If no such entry is found, the selection criteria are limited successively.

A prerequisite in the following examples is that no processor or administrator group could be found until the evaluation of the table in the BAdI implementation. The system then reads the entries in this Customizing table.

(1) All tasks in area SI, subarea DMFA should be assigned to the processor (SAP user) USER123 and the administrator group BE01. The following table entries are necessary in this example:
