PAY_BE_SDOG_027 - Maintain Education Levels

In this Customizing activity, you link the education establishments used in your company with the education establishments required for the Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG) analysis. To define these links, you maintain the Mapping Table Education Level (T5BVD) table.

For SDoG, employee data is collated according to the following broad education establishment categories:

• Primary education

• Secondary education

• Non-university education (higher education)

• University education

To ensure that all relevant data is collated for the analysis, each type of education establishment recorded by your company must be associated with one of the broad categories.

For each educational establishment defined by your company in the Education (0022) infotype, you create a table entry. The table entry links the educational establishment in use with the broad category required for SDoG analysis.

Note:

When maintaining the Mapping Table Education Level (T5BVD) table, both the Social Balance Declaration (RPCSBGB0) and the Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG): Generate Analysis (RPCSDGB0) are impacted.
