PAY_BE_SDOG_040 - Maintain Employer Grouping for SDoG Analysis

In this Customizing activity, you define the company-specific employer modifiers that are used to prepare a Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG) analysis. A company can use these modifiers to filter and group company data so that multiple SDoG analysis can be prepared for a company and year.

When preparing a SDoG analysis, data can be collated for a company, a year, and for a company-determined data grouping. The data grouping is controlled by the employer modifier. The employer grouping represents a specific set of data that is determined by your company requirements. If you use this grouping, it allows you to split the declaration results according to grouping criteria that you define.

Values for this field are returned using the Employer Grouping for the SDoG Analysis (BESDD) feature.

1. Define the employer groupings in the SDoG Employer Modifier Codes (V_T5BSDOG12) view.
2. Maintain the Employer Grouping for the SDoG Analysis (BESDD) feature. The return values for this feature are the values that you have defined in view V_T5BSDOG12.
