This section is only relevant if you want to calculate the social insurance contributions with the new solution, which uses the following tables:

  • Base Rates for SI Contributions (T5BVY) table
  • Rates for additional contributions (T5BDA) table (already used in DmfA)

The new solution does not use the following tables and constants anymore:

  • Tables: T5BV1, T5BV2, T5BV3, T5BV4, T5BV5, T5BV6, T5BV7, T5BV9, T5BVW, and T5BVZ
  • Constants: SVFFE , SVFSE , SV214, SVKBL, SVKBZ, SVCHO, and SVTUN

In the latter case, this section replaces the section Social insurance calculations for periods as of the activation of the solution (see further).

This new solution will become mandatory as of January 1, 2016. During 2015 you can either continue using the current solution or you can switch to the new solution at the beginning of a quarter. However, as of January 2016 the current solution will not be supported anymore.

Compared to the current solution, this new section contains two new additional customizing activities:

To use the new solution, you need to activate first a switch in in table T5F99VD (Dates of activation of changes), as follows:

  • HCM Localization: 12
  • Group: CTYP
  • Correction number: 00000001
