PAY_BE_UNCON_020 - Assign Customer Wage Types to Specific Wage Type Group

In this Customizing activity, you map your own wage types to wage type group X071.

Wage type group X071 enables you to add economic unemployment days that have to be taken into account for an employee but are not stored in the system (for example, if an employee is moving to another subsidiary that is considered part of the same legal entity).

The economic unemployment days are stored in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype and inserted in the RT result table of payroll.

Note:

If there is a number of days of economic unemployment (service code 71) missing in the system for a quarter, you have to enter the missing days for 4 quarters: the current missing quarter and the previous 3 quarters. This is because the calculation uses a sum of 4 quarters to define the daily rate.

1. Enter HCM Localization 12.
2. Enter subapplication DMFA.
3. For wage type group X071, enter your own wage type(s).
4. Save your entries.

An hourly worker hired on 1 January 2016, receives economic unemployment in 2016. His employer does not belong to the constructor sector and from January 1, 2017, the new economic unemployment contribution applies to him. The following economic employment days are registered in the system:
