PAY_BG_BW_020 - Valuate Vacations

In this activity you check that wage types for vacation are properly set for valuation. Valuation of vacation absences is special because the valuation basis itself (/0H0 resp. /0H1) has to be higher than the statutory limit (constant MMINS divided by normative days) and has to be used until the absence ends ("frozen average"). This is ensured by calculation ruleBGA3, where wage types are procesed differently depending on the selected values in processing class 60.
Template wage types generated by vacation absences are assigned to valuation base /0H0 and processing class 60.
For wage types that should be valuated by averages for vacation, perform following settings:
- Assign them to valuation basis H1 (= /0H1)
- Select the appropriate value of processing class 60 (see documentation of rule BGA3 for more details)
- Check the value of payroll constant MMINSin table T511P.
