PAY_BG_OSI_090 - Define Legal Codes for Payment Orders

In this activity you define legal codes that have to be reported in payment orders for social insurance.

The programs that have to determine the legal code (HBGCBT00 and HBGCREC0) process this table sequentially, line by line:

• Each line means a set of conditions that are defined by columns: Insured person, Category of Labor, Proficiency (wage type group defined by value in evaluation class 05).

• If a column contasins stars ("*"),it means that this column is not relevant for the check (the condition is always fulfilled).

• The lines in the table are sorted according to a sequential number that allows to specify which conditions will be checked first and which later.

• For each line in the table the program evaluates whether all conditions on the line are fulfilled. If all conditions are fulfilled, the program takes the legal code from columns Pay Kind B (if person was born before 1.1.1960) or Pay Kind A (if the person was born after 31.12.1959) and the processing ends, that is, the lines/rules that exist in the table bellow the current line are skipped.

The standard system contains template values.

• Define the rules that determine the assignment of the legal codes to the OSI results.
