PAY_BG_REP_000 - Classify Absences for Reporting

In this activity you define how some absence types are processed in reporting.

You have defined absence catalog and absence valuation, that is, you know which values will be stored in the Valuation Rule field (KLBEW) in the payroll result table AB (used for absence reporting).

The standard system contains template settings.

• Adjust existing records or, if necessary, create new ones for each absence valuation rule. The existing valuation rules are determined in report HBGUABS0. To display the report in the SAP Easy Access menu run transaction PCBGand go to Tools → Customizing Tools → Absence Type Utilization Bulgaria.
