In this customizing activity, you review the information on each eSocial event type existing in the standard system and you can change them. Furthermore, you can create your own eSocial events, if you need to generate an event that it is not covered by the standard system.
You have performed the following customizing activities:
The event types in the activity Check standard entries and create new entries correspond to the eSocial events covered by the standard system.
In the activity Check standard entries and create new entries, you can review the standard entries to prove that they serve the needs of your company. If you need to create an event not covered by the standard system, perform the following steps:
- Insert the event number. Use the range from 8000 to 9999.
- Specify the validity of the entry.
- Insert the event name.
- Select the class that processes the event.
- Enter the legal code of the event type as delivered by the government.
- Classify the event according to the classification delivered by the government.
- Specify the event preview format in the log of the event generator report.
- Specify the relevant rule for the event transmission deadline calculation.
- Specify whether the status Ready to check can be skipped for this event.
- Insert the transmission class for the event.
- Insert the maximum number of events that must contain a batch of this event type.
- Save your entries.
In the activity Change event types, you can change the standard entries delivered by SAP. Note that the entries of this activity overwrite the entries of the activity Check standard entries and create new entries.
