PAY_BR_EFD03 - Check absence information

For eSocial, the government has delivered a legal code table corresponding to employee's absence reasons. In the SAP system, the combination between a legal code and the eSocial event number is represented by a eSocial code. In this customizing activity, you associate the existing absence types in the SAP system to the eSocial codes regarding absences.

Besides, you specify he reason for retroactive accounting to convert a health leave into a work accident, if you need to inform this remuneration type in the record ideADCof the events regarding the employee remuneration and termination.

The presented absence types in the view are fixed. It is not possible to insert other absence types in the view.

The field options eSocial cd cannot be changed.

1. Insert the eSocial code for the absence types presented in the view.
2. Select the reason for retroactive accounting to convert a health leave into a work accident. For more information on how this information is used, see the customizing activity Convert health leave into work accident.
3. Save your entries.

The employee was absent due to a work accident (absence type 0250).

You must generate the event regarding temporary absence (S-2320) for the legal code 01 (eSocial code A01).

Furthermore, you need to inform a health license conversion into work accident with the reason for retroactive accounting customized in your system as 0001.
