In this customizing activity you set the wage types that the system uses to generate the eSocial event S1010 Wage type tables.

The wage types are classified by their nature (according to the corresponding table delivered by the government) and by criteria of specific fields of the event S1010.

  1. Check whether the templates delivered by SAP meet the needs of your company. To do this, select the Check standard entries activity, country/region grouping 37, subapplications Nature of wage types for eSocial (SOCN) or Wage types for eSocial (SOCW).
  2. If the templates delivered by SAP are not appropriate, create your own entries. Thus, use the following activities:
  • Customize wage types (includes the wage types specified on the wageTypeData record of the event S1010)

  • Customize wage types that have impact on the PWR calculation (it is specific to the DWRimp field of the event S1010)

  • Customize wage types that have impact on the Christmas allowance calculation (it is specific to the ChristmAllImp field of the event S1010)

  • Customize wage types that have impact on the vacation calculation (it is specific to the VacImp field of the event S1010)

  • Customize wage types that have impact on the termination calculation (it is specific to the TermImp field of the event S1010)

  • Customize wage type nature (corresponds to the corresponding table delivered by the government)

Select one of the cumulation wage types specified on the subapplications SOCW and SOCN. Set the related wage type, determine the validity and save your entries.
