PAY_BR_EFD13 - eSocial: overview

This section gives an overview of the relevant customizing activities for eSocial.

NOTE

The system covers the version 2.5 of the eSocial layout.

The data of the legal reports previous to the eSocial comes from already existing sources (for example, master data, tables, BAdIs). The eSocial event generation assumes that the data exists in the environment and is correct. This customizing activity lists the activities that exist in the system and that are previous to the eSocial.

Besides, there are customizations that are relevant for the eSocial and also for other features of the component Payroll - Brazil(PY-BR). This customizing activity also considers those customizations.

Carry out the following activities in addition to the customizing activities listed in this section of the implementation guide:

All events

• Create rules for value conversion (view V_T7BRCONVRULE)

• Insert Brazilian municipality code (view V_T7BRCITY)

Table events

• Keep information on branches (views V_T7BRAE and V_T7BRB1)

• Keep information on branch for GRPS (views V_T7BRFP, V_T7BRTH and V_T7BRB2)

• Create codes and keep site information (views V_T7BRC0 and V_T7BRC1)

• Assign BJOC to employee position (view V_T7BRCB)

• Set break schedules (view V_T550P)

• Set daily work schedules (view V_T550A)

• Customize generation of wage types (view V_T7BR4C_O)

• Keep table that associates the value type of BRSOC and wage types to be generated (view V_T7BRSS)

• Keep information of accident prevention factor (view V_T7BRC2)

Employer events
