In this customizing activity, you determine which infotype fields are relevant for the eSocial events. Changes in the content of those fields activate the processing of a new event or an adjustment event.

SAP delivers entries based on the standard solution.

  1. Select the infotype number, the subinfotype number (if necessary) and the field name.
To specify that any subtype or field of an infotype is relevant to the eSocial event, fill in the subinfotype or the field name with a star (*).
  1. Set to which eSocial event the field is relevant.
  2. Determine the validity of the entries.
  3. Save your entries.
  • In infotype Addresses (0006), subinfotype Permanent residence (1), the Number field (HSNMR) is relevant to start the processing of a new event 2200 Hiring. Insert the following entry in the view:

  • In the infotype Basic pay (0008), all subinfotypes and all fields are relevant to start the processing of a new event 2100 Initial registration of employment. Insert the following entry in the view:
