In the standard system, SAP provides several eSocial events, either completely either partially. However, some events are not covered in the standard system. This customizing activity delivers information on how to implement your own event that is not covered by SAP.

SAP delivers structures and tables for all eSocial events, even for events that are not covered by the standard system. Below we list the delivered structures; see the tables delivered through the structures.

In order that the XML archive generation works successfully in the events in which SAP does not covers the data extraction, use these structures.

  • Functions/appointed positions table: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_ROLES
  • Work environments table: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_WRK_ENV
  • Administrative/legal proceedings table: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_ADMIN_LAWSUIT
  • Port operators table: structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_HARBOR
  • Payments to unidentified beneficiaries: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_PAY_NONBENIF
  • Acquisition of rural production: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_RURAL_ACQUIS
  • Marketing of rural production: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_RURAL_MKT
  • Hiring of temporary workers, non dockworkers: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_NONDOCK_WORKR
  • Work accident report: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_CAT
  • Monitoring of employee health: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_ASO
  • Environmental working conditions - risk factors: Structure HRPADBR_EFDE_S_WORKPLACE_ENV
