PAY_BR_EFD26 - Set batch maximum size

In the eSocial, you generate events in the systems in the event generating reports, then it selects the events that you wish to send in the event monitor. The events are sent to the authorities in batches that the system prepares respecting certain validations, for example: each batch contains events of an event type, each batch has a specific size.

In this customizing activity, you set the maximum size of the event batches under two aspects:

• Number of events in the batch

• Information quantity in kilobytes (KB)

The number of events in the batch that you set here is used as limit of the Batch maximum size field in the customizing activity Set event types.

Check and change, as necessary, the value of the following constants:

• eSocial: Maximum number events batch (EFDBE)

• eSocial: Maximum size batch KB (EFDBS)

Set the validity and save your entries.

1. You want to set the maximum size of the batches in event number (15) and in KB (150). Fill in the table as follows:

1. In the customizing activity Set event types, you create the event type 8121 for the employer information event. Each batch must have 10 events. You fill in the Batch maximum size field with the value 10.
2. In the report eSocial: Employee event generator/non-periodic (RPC_PAYBR_EFD_EE_GENERATOR), you generate the events 8121 for your employees.
3. In the report eSocial: Event monitor (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_MONITOR), you check the generated events 8121 and send them. The system generates the batch to send with 10 events and with maximum size of 150 KB.
