PAY_BR_EFD31 - Fill in software house information

In this customizing activity, you fill in the information of the company that develops the software. Those information are used in the eSocial event regarding employer information, in the record softwareHouse.

If you want to change the software house information after the event generation, or if you do not want to fill in the record using this customizing activity, you can use the BAdI: eSocial - employer information (HRPAYBR_EFD_EMPLOYER_INFO) BAdI, method FILL_SW_HOUSE_INFO.

1. identify the software company

In the activity Identify software house, you specify the software companies that assist your company.

1. Create an entry for each software company using the HR attribute CL_ESOC_SW_INF.
2. Identify the software company using the fields HR attribute group and HR attribute group description.
3. Identify the company code using the field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
4. Save your entries.

In the activity Fill in software house information, you insert the information to fill in the fields of the record softwareHouse.

1. In the field HR attribute group, select one of the software companies that you have created in the previous step.
2. Among the options of the field HR attribute, select an information type to fill in. The available information types correspond to the fields of the softwareHouse record.
3. Fill in the information for the selected information type using the field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
4. Insert the validity of the information.
5. Save your entries.
