PAY_BR_EFD32 - Fill in education organization information

Some companies hire trainees through non-profit education organizations. In this customizing activity, you fill in the education organizations information associated to your company. This information is used in the following eSocial events:

• Branches/construction sites or corporation under public law units table (record EducOrgInfo)

• Initial registration of employment (record trainee.

• Employee hiring event (record trainee)

It is mandatory to fill in this information if the company hires trainees through non-profit education organizations.

The activity consists of two basic steps: First, you register the education organizations. Then, you include the registration number (CPF or CNPJ) of the organizations. There are additional steps: For the branches/construction sites or corporation under public law units table you associate the registered organizations to your companies, branches and construction sites. For the initial registration of employment and employee hiring events you select in infotype 0016 a the organization that the system should consider to generate the event.

1. Register the education organization.

In the activity Register education organizations you specify the organizations through which you hire trainees.

1. Create an entry for each organization using the HR attribute CL_EDUCATION_ORG.
2. Identify the organizations using the fields HR attribute group and HR attribute group description.
3. Identify the company using the field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
4. Save your entries.

Include the organizations’ CNPJ or CPJ.

In the activity Include education organizations data, you fill in the registration number of the registered organizations.

The branches/construction sites or corporation under public law units table event only allows the CNPJ. The initial registration of employment and employee hiring events allow CPJ and CNPJ.

1. In the field HR attribute group, select one of the organizations you created in the previous step.
2. In the field HR attribute select the following values:

• AT_INSC_TYPE - specifies the code corresponding to the registration type (valid only for initial registration of employment and employee hiring event)

• AT_CNPJ - specifies the CNPJ.

• AT_CPF - specifies the CPF (valid only for initial registration of employment and employee hiring event).

1. Fill in the data for the selected value using the field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
2. Insert the validity of the information.
3. Save your entries.

Associate the organizations to branches and construction sites (valid only for branches/construction sites or corporation under public law units table)

In the activity Associate education organizations to companies, branches and construction sites you use the information created in the previous steps to fill in the eSocial event with the corresponding education organizations.

1. Select the relevant company.
2. Fill in the combination of branch and construction site to which the organization is linked to.
3. In the field HR attribute group, select the corresponding organization you created in step 1.
4. Insert the validity of the information.
5. Save your entries.

Select the organization for the generation of the event (valid only for initial registration of employment and employee hiring event).

1. In the infotype Contract elements (0016) select the value Under aged trainee (12) in the field Employment relationship. The field Education organization code will show up. In this field, select the education organization that you filled in in the previous steps so that the system considers this organization while generating events.

Branches/construction sites or corporation under public law units table event

Your company BR01 hires trainees through two education organizations and every organization is associated to a different combination of branch and construction site (0001 and A01 and 0002 and A21, respectively). To generate the eSocial event correctly you need to inform the two organizations filling in the information the following way:

Initial registration of employment and employee hiring events

Your company BR01 hires trainees through a organization education. To generate the eSocial event correctly you fill in the information the following way:

In infotype 0016, you finally select he organization education relevant to the under aged trainee in question. The system will generate the event by reading the relevant organization education with the CNPJ or CPF associated to it.
