Some companies hire trainees through integration agents or education institutions. In this customizing activity, you fill in the organizations information associated to your company. This information is used in the eSocial event regarding the employees with no employment relationship/statutory - beginning EducInstit and IntegrationAge).

It is mandatory to fill in this information if the company hires trainees through these organizations.

The activity consists of three steps: First, you register the organizations. Then, you include the identification information and organization contact. Finally, you select the agent or institution the system must consider to generate the event.

  1. Register the organization
In the activity Register institutions and agents you specify the integration agents or the education institutions through which you hire trainees.
  1. Create an entry for each organization using the HR attribute CL_INTEGR_AG (for integration agents) or CL_EDUC_INST (for education institutions).
  2. Identify the organization using the fields HR attribute group and HR attribute group description.
  3. Save your entries.
  • Include the organization identification and contact.
    • In the activity Include institution and agent data you fill in the data of the registered organizations, such as CNPJ, firm name or street.
    1. In the field HR attribute group, select one of the organizations you created in the previous step.
    2. In the field HR attribute, select one of the following values for integration agents:
    • AT_CNPJ - specifies the CNPJ.

    • AT_NAME - specifies the firm name.

    • AT_STREET - specifies the street description.

    • AT_NUMBER - specifies the street number.

    • AT_DISTRICT - specifies the district.

    • AT_ZIP_CODE - specifies the postal code.

    • AT_CITY_CODE - specifies the community code.

    • AT_STATE - specifies the state ID.

    Select one of the following values for education institutions:
    • AT_CNPJ - specifies the CNPJ.

    • AT_COMP_NAME - specifies the firm name (line 1).

    • AT_COMP_NAME2 - specifies the firm name (line 2).

    • AT_STREET - specifies the street description (line 1).

    • AT_STREET2 - specifies the street description (line 2).

    • AT_NUMBER - specifies the street number.

    • AT_DISTRICT - specifies the district.

    • AT_ZIP_CODE - specifies the postal oode.

    • AT_CITY_CODE - specifies the community code.

    • AT_STATE - specifies the state ID.

    1. Fill in the data for the selected value using the field Adjustable value for HR attribute.
    2. Insert the validity of the information.
    3. Save your entries.
  • Select the organization to generate the event
    1. In the infotype Contract elements (0016) select the value Trainee (12) in the field Employment relationship. The fields Education institution code and Integration agent code will show up. In these fields, select the organizations that you filled in in the previous steps for the system to consider while generating the event.

    Your company BR01 hires trainees through an education institution and a integration agent. To generate the eSocial event correctly you need to inform the two organizations filling in the information the following way:

    1. Activity Register institutions and agents
    HR attribute group HR attribute group description HR attribute
    EDUC_INST_01 Education institution 1 CL_EDUC_INST
    AG_INT_02 Integration agent 1 CL_INTEGR_AG

    1. Activity Include institution and agent data, organization EDUC_INST_01

    In infotype 0016 you select the education institution or the integration agent relevant for the trainee in question. The system will generate the initial registration of employment and employee hiring events by reading the relevant organization and the data associated to it.
