PAY_BR_EFD44 - Check user authorizations for reports

From the data entry in the system until the event sending, all eSocial activities within the companies involve several users, each one with his specific role. To manage those users and their access authorizations and use of eSocial reports, SAP provides authorization objects specific to the eSocial.

In the standard system, the following reports use the authorization objects according to the following list:

Authorization objects P_EFD_COMP and P_EFD_EVTY

• eSocial: Event viewer (RPUPAYBR_EFD_VIEWER)

• eSocial: Event monitor (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_MONITOR)

• eSocial: Employee event control (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_MANAGE_EE_EVT)

Authorization object P_EFD_DELE

• eSocial: Event monitor (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_MONITOR)

• eSocial: Employee event control (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_MANAGE_EE_EVT)

• eSocial: Batches response reprocessing (RPU_PAYBR_EFD_BAT_REPROC_RESP).

Check whether the relevant users in your company are assigned to the authorization objects according to the list above.
