PAY_BR_FER01 - Activate automatic clearing of company vacation days

There are situations in which an employee has half day vacation wrongfully accounted. That can happen if the employee has to leave on company vacation for a period longer that the one he is entitled to, because he still has not acquired all the vacation days of the year in question.

In this customizing activity, you can activate the automatic clearing of that half day vacation. In this case, the system generates an entry in the infotype Clearing of time quota (0416) and automatically deducts this entry value from the infotype Absence quota (2006) regarding the vacation of next year.

By default, the automatic clearing is deactivated.

Change the constant Automatic clearing of the company vacation days (CADFC) according to the values below:

• 0: Deactivate clearing

• 1: Activate clearing

Save your entries.
