In this IMG step, it is possible to configure the wage types regarding the payment of notice period, which must be visible in the legal report Social Information Annual List - SIAL. For this, it is necessary to flag these wage types with the evaluation class 12, specification 04.

The wage types that will be used in the payment of notice period have been customized in the IMG step: Payroll -> Termination -> Termination - New version -> Severance pay -> Definition of rules for calculation of severance pay -> Determine validity period of severance pay.

  1. Select the notice period wage types
  2. Press Details
  3. Specify evaluation class 12 and specification 04
  4. Save your entries.
