In this step you define the fields that constitute the SWG fields (Social Welfare Guide) and that can be used during compensation period.

If you do not want to use the compensation functionality, consider the following:

  1. The lines connected to maternity leave and child allowance should exist so that their values are deducted from the social insurance and the final collect value can be obtained.
  2. The selection field of multiple compensation parcels indicates that the value that could not be deducted from a competence will be used in the next SWG calculation (future competences).
  3. The value Interface in the field Generation Type indicates that the value is obtained from the payroll cluster (if the compensation functionality is used some values, like the values related to invoices, are informed manually) or calculated during compensation process.
  4. The field Order for compensation is used to indicate the value which will be deducted first (in this case maternity leave and then child allowance).

If you want to use the compensation functionality:

  1. Select the SWG group that you want to compensate.
  2. The selection field of multiple compensation parcels indicates that the value that could not be compensated in a competence will be used in the next SWG calculation (future competences).
  3. The percentage compensation field is used to set the percentage limit of the collect value that can be used for compensation reasons.
  4. The field Generation Type is used to indicate how a value is created:
- Interface: the value is created automatically by the payroll run and stored in the payroll cluster or during compensation process.
- Manual: the user enters values directly in view V_T7BRCO5 - SWG Table of Compensation Control.
