In this section of the implementation guide it is possible to determine the minimum number of working days in the month, from which the employee is entitled to participate in the company's profits or results.

Considering that the customized limit is 15 days:

  1. If the employee worked for a period inferior or equal to 15 days (in the month), this month is not taken into account when calculating the employee's entitlement to participate in the company's profits or results.
  2. If the employee worked for a period superior or equal to 16 days (in the month), the Profit and Results Sharing is taken into account.

  1. In constant PPRDI specify the limit number of days in the month from which the PRS is taken into account.
  2. Save your entry.

If no information is recorded in constant PPRDI, the system considers the limit number of 15 days as default.
