PAY_BR_PROV_003 - Define reserve codes (Christmas allowance)

In this step of the Implementation Guide, you define the reserve types by using reserve ID codes and contribution ID codes.

• Employer's contributions reserve regarding Christmas allowance:

• Reserve code: 13EMPC (SIB, ISI AND THIRD-PARTY REGARDING CHRISTMAS ALLOWANCE)

• Contribution code: EMPC (SIB - EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION)

• Christmas allowance reserve

• Reserve code: 13(CONTRACT CHRISTMAS ALLOWANCE)

• Contribution code: blank

You have already configured the contribution code in the IMG step: Payroll accounting -> Reserves -> Christmas allowance reserves -> Define contribution codes

The standard system offers a contribution code for the fixed portion and the variable portion of the leave and Christmas allowances.

1. Enter a reserve code and the corresponding long text.
2. To take contributions into account in the reserve calculation, enter a contribution code and the corresponding long text.
3. Save your entries.
