In the previous Customizing activities under this section, you have created a customer-specific form.

In this Customizing activity you associate the form you created with the following elements in the system:

  • The administrative event of the public servant that will be published, that is, the subtype of infotype Public Employee Legal Information (0923). Example: Subtype 0007 - Vacation.
  • The act or law type to be published. Example: Government Act.

The entries you make in this activity have a validity period, and enable the selection of the relevant public servant information by the reports Generate Acts Publication (RP_PSPABR_GEN_PUB_ACTS) and Acts Execution( RP_PSPABR_ACT_STATUS).
