PAY_BR_PS_AC_004 - Define steps per subtype of Job Accumulation (3419) infotype

You calculate payroll for public servants with job accumulation using the Payroll accounting program - Brazil - Job Accumulation (RPC_PSPYBR_CALC_ACJ).

In this Customizing activity, you associate the calculation steps you created in the previous activity, Create calculation steps for remunerated job accumulation, to the respective subtype of the Job Accumulation(3419) infotype.

Execute this Customizing activity and make settings for the calculation steps by making entries in the following fields:

• OC Reason: Enter an off-cycle reason where applicable.

• Step: Enter the number of the step (0 is the first step of the process, and 99 is the last).

• Subtype: Enter the subtype of the Job Accumulation(3419) infotype.

• Start Date

• End Date

• Order: Enter the order in which the step is executed.

• Use iteration amount: The report allows you to iterate the calculation of each subtype of infotype 3419 (that is, to do the same calculation more than once, to make fine adjustments in the results).

A step can be calculated more than once, and may or may not reuse the results calculated in the previous executions.

When you select this checkbox, each iteration uses the results from the previous execution, as follows:

• In iteration 2, the system uses the results from iteration 1

• In iteration 3, the system uses the results from iteration 2, and so on.
