PAY_BR_PS_CB_002 - Create Position of Trust Grouping

In this Customizing activity, you create a position of trust grouping. The position of trust grouping is used for the following purposes:

• To enable the system to display the public servant's position of trust data in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype

• To calculate and pay Christmas bonus over position of trust (by means of payroll function Christmas Bonus Over Position of Trust (BRPTU)).

• Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:

• Create a position of trust grouping.

• In the Subtype (SUBTY) field, enter the subtype of the Relationships (1001) infotype that you use to record positions of trust.

Based on the entry you make in this field, the system reads infotype 1001, and displays the public servant's position of trust data in the Organizational Assignment (0001) infotype, in the Position of Trust group box.

• In the subsequent Customizing activity, Assign Position of Trust Grouping to Public Servants, assign the position of trust grouping to a group of public servants.
