PAY_BR_PS_HW001 - Maintain percentage for hard work bonus

In this step, you maintain the percentage to be used in the calculation of the hard work bonus per Public Sector grouping.

The groupings have been defined in the previous step: Define the condition for applying the percentage of hard work

1. Enter a grouping
2. Enter the percentage that must be applied for the calculation of the bonus
3. Indicate whether the minimum salary must be used as calculation base
4. Save your entries
