In this step, you maintain the maximum percentage of employees that can be absent in the same period within the same personnel subarea.

The company code, the personnel area and the personnel subarea have already been configured.

  1. Enter the start and end validity dates that apply to the indicated personnel subarea and to the percentage you will enter.
  2. Enter the percentage value.
  3. Save your entries.

Note: After you save the entries, only the most recent records are displayed. To see all the existing records, press the Expand <-> Collapse button
