In this IMG step, you specify the view groups that must be used in the vacation planning via Manager Self-Service (MSS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) .

  • There must be only one valid entry for each service.
  • In case of ESS, only the employees with the authorization object P_PBSVACPL are able to see the entire team.
  • The IMG steps under the Employee-Self-Service chapter must be maintained: SAP Customizing Implementation Guide → Personnel Management → Employee Self-Service
  • The IMG steps under the Manager-Self-Service chapter must be maintained: SAP Customizing Implementation Guide → Integration with Other mySAP.com Components → Business Packages / Functional Packages → Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP)
