In this step, you maintain the percentage of the employee salary that must be used to calculate the leave advance pay. The percentage and the calculation method depend on the public sector agency the employee works for.

The groupings to which the different payment rules apply have already been defined in the previous IMG step: Define the leave payment rules.

For the selected grouping, you must:

  1. Enter the start date to which the percentage must apply;
  2. Enter the value of the advance pay percentage;
  3. Enter the wage type containing the calculation base;
  4. Indicate whether the payment must made in full or not;
  5. Enter the wage type that must contain the amount of the advance pay;
  6. Indicate the wage type that must contain the amount of the deduction installments concerning the leave advance pay;
  7. Save your entries.
