In this step, you define the base wage types that will be used in the maximum wage verification.

For each base wage type there must be "maximum wage" wage type and a difference wage type, if there is a difference between the base and the maximum wage wage type.

The wage types can be defined according to the off-cycle being processed.

The standard system offers the following base wage types:

  • /670 - Base of the maximum wage - Pensioner
  • /671 - Base of the maximum wage - Retirement
  • /672 - Base of the maximum wage - Monthly payment
  • /673 - Base of the maximum wage - Vacation
  • /674 - Base of the maximum wage - Christmas allowance

The following maximum wage wage type:

  • MW1U - Limit of the Maximum Wage

The following difference wage types:

  • MW2U - Monthly payment
  • MW4U - Vacations
  • MW6U - Retirement
  • MW7U - Pensioner
  • MW8U - Christmas allowance

And the following wage types for pensioners, if it is the case:

  • MP1U - Pension quota
  • MP2U - Pension quota difference
  1. Choose an off-cycle
  2. Select a base wage type
  3. Define the validity start and end dates for the wage types
  4. Select a maximum wage wage type
  5. Select a difference wage type
  6. Select the pensioner quota wage type (if it is the case)
  7. Select a pensioner difference wage type (if it is the case)
  8. Save your entries
