PAY_BR_PS_PROB003 - Determine Appraisal Status Deadline

In this Customizing activity you create substatuses for each appraisal period.
This information is used by the following probation period monitoring reports:
- Appraisal period ( RP_PSPDBR_APPRAISAL_MANAGER)
- Appraisal status ( RP_PSPDBR_APPRAISAL_ST_VIEW)
- You have created appraisal templates using transaction PHAP_CATALOG (Appraisal Template Catalog).
- The templates must have category Probation period, and on the Processing tab page, the Action Log must be activated.
- You have defined periods for that appraisal template in Customizing activity Define Periods for Appraisals.
Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:
- Enter the appraisal template.
- Make entries in the additional fields to specify substatuses and deadlines (in number of days).
- Note
- The possible entries for fields Substatus (HAP_AP_STATUS_SUB)and Pushbutton (HAP_BUTTON_ID) come from the settings you made in transaction OOHAP_BASIC (Basic Appraisal Template Settings).
