In this step of the IMG you define the severance pay codes of your company.
Recommendation
First, make sure that the severance pay codes supplied by SAP do not meet the needs of your company.
Activities
Specify a type of severance pay, in accordance to the entry interval defined for customer entries (Z* and Y*).
