In this customizing activity, you set values for the Initial data record fields of theHomologNet program (HBRCHMN0). The fields refer to trade union defined information on the calculation of Christmas allowance, leave, and notice averages.

  1. In the Determine work area: Entry window, select 37 in the Country/region grouping field.
  2. In the Determine HR attributes group folder, perform the following activities:
  • Press the New entries button.

  • Fill in the Attributes group and HR attributes group description columns.

  • In the HR attribute column, insert the fixed value CL_BRAVG_KEY.

  • In the Adjustable value for HR attribute column, insert a value.

Note
Use the value entered in the Adjustable value for HR attribute column in the customizing activity Set employee trade union identification.
  1. Select one of the entries and double-click on the Determine HR attribute values folder.
  2. Select one of the Attachmente 0 fields in the HR attribute column, set its validity and assign a value to it.
