SAP E-Book

For some corrections in the system, the validity start date corresponds to the first run date in production of these corrections. The date is stored in the Application start dates of corrections(V_T5F99VD). However, in some cases, you can select the validity start date of that correction.

In this customizing activity, you specify the date from which the corrections are valid in the system for the component Payroll - Brazil (PY-BR).

In the V_T5F99VD view, the Group field specifies which is the correction in question and the Correction field associates each group to an identifier. A group can have more than one correction number.

For the country grouping 37 (Brazil), the following group is available:

Group Correction number Use Description
ESOC 1 eSocial: Management The change
  management in changes only considers
  events from contract change events
employer if there are changes relevant
  for the eSocial.

To specify an application start date of the correction different from the first run date, fill in a date for the group and correction number before the first run in production. If you change the date after running the correction in production, there can be inconsistences in the system.

In order that the system does not apply the correction, fill in the date 31.12.9999 for the group and correction number.

Note
Check periodically the consistency of the entries from the V_T5F99VD view among the development/test and production systems. There can be different entries among the systems if a correction is applied in a system and not in another. Generally, the production system is the one that presents the correct entries. Therefore, SAP recommends that the production system serves as basis for the entries of development/test systems.
