PAY_CH_CE_050 - Specify Validity for Subapplication CEW2

With this Customizing activity, you activate subapplication CEW2.

If you are using the SAP standard schema with the subschemas CHLC and CHVC in CE payroll, subapplication CEW2 must be valid as of the first payroll period following the introduction of CE. Otherwise, data from previous periods is imported for which payroll was not run with CE. This can lead to incorrect payroll results.

Create an entry for subapplication CEW2 (CE: Period for which data transfer from previous period is to be deactivated).

If your CE start date is January 1, 2014, the validity period of subapplication CEW2 must be specified as January 1, 2014 to January 31, 2014.
